Plantar Fasciitiis??????  Do you have it ?????

Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the thick tissue on the bottom of the foot that extends from the heel to the toes. The most common causes of plantar fasciitis are inappropriate or poorly fitting footwear, decreased muscle flexibility (especially in the calf muscles), too flexible or too rigid of a foot structure, overuse and obesity.

Plantar fasciitis can be very painful especially in the morning when your feet have been static throughout the evening. This can lead to a tightening of the arches in your feet due to immobility. As you walk to stretch the foot out you can experience pain. This may prevent full weight bearing upon walking on solid ground. As this condition worsens, the body adapts causing altered movement patterns and further potential injury.
