Food Drive:
Thank you all so very much for your generosity over the holiday period.
We delivered many bags of non-perishable food to the Howard County food bank
in November and December.

New in 2012 we will be offering a Teen/Tween version of this class. This class
is designed to help our younger generation learn about healthy food choices, and
the importance of staying active.
