Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Touchstone is growing by leaps and bounds. Many thanks to those
referring friends and family members to us.

Spring has sprung! With that in mind, we know many of you have started
to run. Kelly is attending a running course where he will learn about
current running gait theories for injury prevention and efficiency.
These methods will allow him to help you learn new methods to improve
running efficiency and prevent injury.

We just finished collecting food for the Howard County Food Bank.
Many thanks to all that contributed, the Food Bank staff were very
appreciative because supplies were running low.
