Touchstone participated in this years Healthy Howard day at Centennial park last weekend. This proved to be a great community outreach event, advising people how to stay safe while exercising, offering advice to both young and old. Sarah joined us also offering nutritional advice to many visitors. Howard county is a great place to live, stay safe, be active and you know where we are if you need help.
