Kelly Sykes, PT, O.C.S.
Physical Therapist and Owner

Kelly believes that patients should enjoy their therapy experience and ultimately be able to pursue activities that matter most to them.  Kelly is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist in physical therapy. Kelly’s love for this profession started at a young age.  When he was 15 years old, he injured his hip flexor muscle during a high school football practice.  He sought treatment from a physical therapist and was healed in two weeks. Thus, igniting a passion to provide the same healing touch that remains to this day. Outside of the office Kelly is an avid sports fan and youth coach who continues to pursue various athletic endeavors.  Once a college football player at Howard University, Kelly now spends his time biking, lifting weights, playing tennis with his wife, coaching his son’s basketball team, and laughing with his daughter.
Natalie Rivers, DPT, ACE Certified Personal Trainer
Physical Therapist

At a young age Natalie fell in love with fitness, nutrition and training the body to perform at its best through her love of soccer and running.  After graduating from Salisbury University, she began working in the advertising industry.  As a side job, she also worked as a personal trainer and spin instructor.  The advertising industry never excited her as much as working with clients to reach their fitness goals.  A strong desire to help people on a therapeutic level drew Natalie to physical therapy.  She suffered several knee injuries that required surgery, and deeply respected the process of skilled rehab.  Natalie earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Howard University in 2016.  No matter the goal, Natalie is devoted to helping individuals reach their prior level of fitness and beyond.
